چکیده
Introduction . Currently, various hormonal preparations are used in assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs which allow to profoundly improve protocols for stimulating superovulation. Aim : comparatively analyze effectiveness of recombinant follicle-stimulating hormone vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer (ET) programs. Materials Methods In order evaluate the gonadotropic drugs, a retrospective analysis 75 outpatient medical records after routine infertility treatment with IVF ET using follitropin alfa (Gonal-F ® ), beta (Puregon biosimilar (Primapur ) ovarian stimulation was performed. Women examined were divided evenly into groups 25 patients receiving each drug. The main efficiency indicators PE cycles as follows: number aspirated oocytes, embryos obtained, percentage clinical pregnancy, well «Take Home Baby» parameter. Results comparable age, status, major parameters somatic gynecological history, parity, factors. maximum minimum on day 5, including “high quality” observed Primapur group (4.24 ± 0.52), Puregon® (2.76 0.37), respectively. , incidence pregnancy 44.0 %, Gonal-f – 48.0 Puregon that did not significant differed between (p > 0.05). While assessing frequency live births, no inter-group differences found. parameter 52.0 % group, 60.0 0.05) insignificantly higher treated (64.0 ). Conclusion new drug being does differ from other gonadotropins can be controlled superovulation induction ART

Urinary Phthalate Metabolite Concentrations and Reproductive Outcomes among Women Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization: Results from the EARTH Study
BACKGROUND Evidence from both animal and human studies suggests that exposure to phthalates may be associated with adverse female reproductive outcomes. OBJECTIVE We evaluated the associations between urinary concentrations of phthalate metabolites and outcomes of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). METHODS This analysis included 256 women enrolled in the Environment and Reproductive ...

Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Drilling on Outcomes of In Vitro Fertilization in Clomiphene-Resistant Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Objective Recently the laparoscopic ovarian drilling (LOD) has been used as a surgical treatment for ovulation in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), although its mechanism and outcomes are still unclear. This study was undertaken to evaluate the in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) outcomes in clomiphene-resistant women with PCOS who were treated with...
متن کاملEffect of Preparation for Maternal Role Program on Self-esteem of Women Undergoing In-vitro Fertilization
Background: Primiparous mothers are likely to lose their sense of value in the absence of maternal skills, and mothers with a history of infertility may suffer from more anxiety and decreased self-esteem than their normal peers do. Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a maternal role preparation program on self-esteem of pregnant mothers undergoing in-vitro fertilization (...
